Mend Diplomat DF 1100A DL Oven Cooling Problem

how to fix diplomat oven?

i have a diplomat df 1100a dl range cooker and the problem is that after using the fan oven and switching it off it doesnt seem to switch off completely although the fan or oven light do not come on as in normal operation the oven does not completely cool any ideas as to why ?
