Mend Thompson Lost Problem Working

Freeview guide not displaying, Thompson Freeview ?

I have lost the freeview program guide. Is it possible to fix the problem ? The box is otherwise working OK, but this has removed the capacity to record or pause ect.

I have a Thomson Freeviev PVR which regularly locks up and loses the guide. Un-plugging for a short time (count to fifteen) and plugging back in is only way we've managed to get the guide back.
