Once flushed, my cistern fills up extremely slowly?

Can,t see anything obvious or broken, help please!!!!

Could be inlet valve washers sticking on low pressure fed cistern from tank in attic due to lime build up if in hard water area.

1. Remove valve clean/replace washer or replace whole valve, don't forget to turn water off first.

2. it could be silent feed tube limed up remove and clear.
