Might be too late but first remove the handle then squirt WD40 into lock leave it for 15mins. Insert key see what happens. IF no go take it to d/glazing shop see whe they can do.
Reason I say take handle off (I take it its handlw with integral lock) if the handle was in place and you managed to lock it then found you couldn't un lock then because the handle covers one screw you've then got problems getting handle removed.
What I do with mine is to coat all lock keys with vaselene (Petrolium jelly) open plates push keey in work it back and forth adding more vaselene working for about 3mins per lock this lubricates and protects again damp.
