PM900 cuts out?

My kenwood chef pro PM900 keeps cutting out at low speeds.
When I use it for pizza dough or something where it has to work hard it goes at high speeds but when I lower it to 2-3 it cuts out.
Has anyone got a service manual air have any idea what may be wrong?
