Mend Aqualisa Aquastream Shower Pump Transformer

Aqualisa Aquastream shower?

The pump is not coming on although there is power from the transformer reaching the cable connector inside the unit. Could this be a faulty microswitch or any other suggests? ps the carbon brushes are fine.
