Thomson DVB Digital Terrestrial Recorder 250 not turning on?
I removed my Thomson DVB Digital Terrestrial Recorder 250 from the plug in the wall and now I can't seem to get it to power, light up or anything. The only thing it does is make a ticking sound every half-second. It sounds like somethings trying to start but can't. Any solutions?
