I can send texts but can't receive them. I can send one to myself and receive it though. I have been on the phone with tech support at tracfone every night for 6 wks- they sent me 2 new sim cards and a replacement phone. Still does not work. any suggestions on how to fix this? It worked when I bought the phone 3 months ago then stopped.
