I don't want to appear rude here, but you clearly don't know what you are doing.Your first steps regarding installation should of involved reading the book, familiarising with all wiring and connections.

I would also say to any novice " set the system up on a work bench, and test before you commit to the install",problems relating to the wiring can easily be addressed and sorted.

This procedure will also help you to understand how the circuits work, especially the tamper circuits,PIR and other detecting device wiring.Alarm has diagnosed your issue, regarding your incorrect connection of your remote keypad, resulting in one or more blown fuses.

Three open zones ,on what sounds like your Initial power up doesn't bode well for your wiring skills.Start over or get someone in who knows what they are doing before you ruin a perfectly good panel.

Rip it apart (you have done as much anyway) read the book start again. Checking all fuses with a meter not eyeballs.

AS other.

Is the keypad remote, if so disconnect. just wire main unit. DO YOU have mains to main unit? IF not why not?
GO back to basics. READ the installation information.
