Just moved into my house last week and broke the electric garage door already. There was a parcel under the door and it stopped the door coming down and eventually after trying to fix it I snapped the brackets which connect the garage door onto the roller itself. These are like a spring bracket which slide along the top of the roller door and fit to the roller itself with allen bolts (this part is still on the door). I have attached photos for reference. Dont know the make of the garage door as I couldnt see anything anything. I think there was four of these brackets. I have photos of these but not sure how to attach them to this forum.
