Mend Creda T620 CW Tumble Dryer Condensing Filters

Creda Simplicity T620 CW Tumbledryer not condensing?

My Creda Simplicity tumble dryer is not condensing. There is a wet patch on the floor underneath. The clothes are dry. So far I have only cleaned the filters and removed all fluff but the problem remains.
