Mend NEFF R4381X1GB Condenser Tumble Programme

NEFF dryer not starting?

I have a NEFF R4381X1GB condenser dryer which has stopped working - all lights are working, and can select programme, but the "End time in..." window just displays two red dashes and the dryer will not start.

The two red dashes mean that someone has pressed and held the Select button for 6 seconds which locks the machine to prevent unauthorised use. To unlock, press the Select button again for 6 seconds or until the two red dashes disappear. The dryer will now work as normal.
