Recent: Windows 11, Dell 5450, JBL Bluetooth headphones?

The key in my conservatory door will not twist. What is the problem?

When I pull up the handle on my door it doesn't click. And the key will not turn. Is it the lock or is it the entire handle that needs replacing?
