betacom 30c?

hello, I've moved into a new house today which has a betacom 30c boiler we have no problems as yet but the first 3 red lights are lit up after a couple of minutes of running warm water there's a Tao, radiator and a house sign all with exclamation marks. we were told the boiler is due a service next week, are the lights normal or is it a danger? they are 30,40,50 lights. I know nothing about boilers just needed to know its safe to use :) thanks for any answers
