samsung ue 40 d8000?

Hello. I have a SAMSUNG UE 40 D8000 that doesn´t turn on. I have changed the capacitors but the TV still doesn´t turn on. Could somebody give any advise?

measure tuner pins voltages.........when you were replacing capacitors maybe a small part of lead made a short circuit.....clean around your working on chassis with a non-usable tooth brush . If you need a tech service I can recommend you these guys www.tvrepairjacksonvillefl.com but they work in Jacksonville FL, you should search a similar service near your zone.
