Mend Grunkell TVG42 Tv Problem Black

Hello, my TV has a problem. The display shows two black vertical stripes of about 4 cm. Could somebody tell me what causes this problem and any advice to solve it? I have a GRUNKEL TVG42.

You should check the connection lower belts and look for components no soldering. do you have any experience on electronics repairing ?
