my first post tells you how to view the belt. If the belt has snapped, then on this model it is a fairly big job to replace.

Take the lid off. at the back there are 2 screws holding the lid (one each side) once removed the lid will slide back and off exposing the top of the drum. You can now see if the belt is there or snapped off.

Could be a belt off, you will need to open it up to see, Can you hear the motor going, If yes belt off or broke, but until you look, you will not know.
