Electrolux RM2291 fridge not working?

The 240 works but the ignitor switch stopped working, i bought a piezo ignitor and its still doesn't work the glass veiwing tube has broken where can i get a new one, or even does anyone know somebody who could have a proper look at my fridge, sheffield area, but willing to travel, 40/50 miles

yup, done that, got a piezo ignitor and installed it, i can see the spark through the viewing window, there is gas getting to it, i was wondering if it could be the burner?

have you got the 12v switched on to make the piezo click?
