The plastic tube from the push button into the cistern has slipped out of the rubber collar at the back of the green syphon unit .Empty the tube of water if its full.Dry it then add a smear of impact adhesive wait five mins, Push it back into the rubber coller as far as it will go and leave it to set.I used surgical forceps and a mirror on a stick. It is a job to get at.You could remove the syphon and do it
