Mend Opel Cd Player Doesnt Work

cd player doesn't work?

Opel -same as vauxhall- zafira left hand drive-(I live in Spain) 2002 elegance 2 dti
Cd player does not work after changing battery-no problem with radio. When code entered it comes up-error.Cannot access cd,s which are situated under passenger seat-stuck. Opel garage cannot help-Help!
