How do I remove the tape from cartridges or fix mis alighnmnt Lexmark x5470?
I use refurbished cartridges but when I put a genuine Lexmark black ink cartidge in the printer. My alignment page has a blank section in the middle.
The error message says to remove the tape from the cartridges. Does anyone know how to do this do I have to unscrew the cover etc?
