Mend Delonghi DFS 090 DO Dfs

How can I fix my Delonghi DFS 090 DO?

My fan oven takes a while to reach set temperature but when it gets hot enough it cools down and doesn`t maintain set temperature. I have to turn the oven off and then back on again to get it to heat up.
