Mend Creda Concept 361E Thermostat Oven Thermometer

How can I fix the thermostat on my Creda Concept 361E?

Everything was over-cooking, so we bought an oven thermometer, (which we tested in both ovens).
The lower fan oven overheats by at least 25-30 degrees.
It seems likely it needs a new thermostat.
Can anyone tell me where the thermostat is.
Is it easy to replace?
