My dishwasher powers itself off when i get the door to a certain point(roughly 45 degree angle) theres an electrical click from underneath each time i go past this angle, drop the door back down and lights come back on, any ideas?
Took skin of and a wire has snapped, is it an easy job too repair? i know next to nothing about electrics

Door wiring is probably worn through. Remove decorative door and outer door cover, see where wiring harness runs under machine its usually covered in black tape. cut tape away and check all wires for damage.
Ensure appliance is unplugged before any dismantling.
