the catch in side the car (pas side) pulls as far as it will go,you can here a little click from where the release is at the front, it doesn't pop up tho, i have tried getting some one to pull the lever in side car, while i pulled the release at the front , still no joy, do only had the car a few days need to do checks and service light is on too, i need to get in there..
Yes, you will have to get in there a lot with the problems you will have with it,a few days and they are just starting,just wait for your electrical problems to start showing up,you just have to look at the posts on here to realise what crap motors Renaults are.
