how can i fix my climate control on my 2003 renault megane??? please!!?

The climate control swictch recently jammed and seems to have snapped off inside therefore the dial is constantly blowing out hot air even when I turn on air con. Is this something i can do myself and how do I go about accessing the heater unit?? Any help/pics would be much appreciated :) thanks
