How can I fix my Exxcel?

If its your first wash on a new machine the machine should be ok, so possibly soap powder put in wrong compartment, it should go in compartment (II) , if its in compartment (I) it will only go with a prewash program. Other possibilities:- the wrong end of the knob was set to the program so it did the program opposite which could have been a rinse and spin only prog. If all set correctly could be poor water pressure not forceful enough to wash powder in . Cheers
