Mend Ravenheat 0012cir05010/1 Heating Boiler

Ravenheat 0012cir05010/1 there is power but the fan won't kick in :(?

There has seemed to be a loose connection somewhere In the board when I shake the circuit box it trips it on but this time nothing! I have checked all the wires are in securely and they seemed to be but there is power but the fans do not kick in to light the boiler, I know I need a new boiler but I'm hoping there's still a little life in the old dog! Please help!!

Without fan going boiler will not fire ,try spray WD 40 on fan motor rod turn off power to boiler than spin fan with hand spray few time if still an not going you might have to replace it
