Mend KGro PowerPro Riding Mower Blade Lawn

How can I get my blade to spin on a KGro?

We just moved into a new place and a KGRO powerpro riding mower came with it. If I drop the deck low enough to cut the grass the blade won't spin. If it's above the grass level it spins great. The belt is in place and seems to be in good condition.

no answer but having the same problem,will try a few things and let you know. the troubleshooting in the book says drive belt,frozen idle pully,frozen blade mandrel or obstruction in
clutch mechanism
