Why do I have to re-tune my TV every time I switch it on?

I have a Samsung LE32R74BD TV, and recently it got stuck on channels regularly and I had to reset it using the four button method. However, the last couple of weeks, every time it is switched off (or put on standby) all the signal is lost and I have to auto tune from scratch. Why is it not retaining the tuning and can I do anything about it?
