My vauxhall zafira '06 plate won't lock!?

My vauxhall zafira '06 plate will not lock with the key, also when you try locking it manually it only locks the drivers door! Once you take key out of ignition and open drivers Door car makes the noise like you've left lights on, keys in ignition. Please help!! Thank you
