I have 2 windows which have misted between the double glazing. what is required to repair

Just take out the sealed units and replace them with new ones. Measure them and order replacements from your local glass merchants.

Alternatively get your glass merchant to quote you for doing the job. They will measure up and shouldn't get the measurements wrong. They'll also use the correct alignment wedges on installation.
