talon eagle classic whipper snipper?

i need to put a new cord into my whipper snipper but find it difficult to remove the base of the cord unit i dont have a
manual

I have a 25cc Talon line trimmer..

Starts ok after a few pulls and idles fine but once throttle is pushed it seems to flood and shut off>? I have cleaned the exhaust and filter and also tried to look for the 2 tuning screws but cant seem to find a tuning carby?
