Mend Murray Riding Mower Ignition Solenoid

Murray riding mower. does NOTHING!! ?

I checked the fuse, bought a new battery, made sure the switch under seat was going down correctly, checked blade disengage button/lever, put on new solenoid & new ignition switch..... WHAT THE HECK????? Help please I am at my wits end and my grass is waist high!
