Mend LG 32LC2D TV Channel Signal

how can i fix my lg lcd 32lc2d?

i have a lg lcd model 32lc2d . when you try to tune the tv, it just scan to 50% then stuck . no channel tune . no av input signal work . front panel button work sometime same as the remote
any help would be appreciated
