Mend Vitra Retro Cistern Top Toilet

How Do I remove The Vitra Retro Cistern Cover?

How do I remove the Top of the cistern from my Vitra Retro toilet? as the water runs continiously into the the toilet pan and this does not allow the cictern to fill up. it is a dual flush button and appart from that I can not see any other things on or around the cistern to allow me removing the top cover. appreciate any help..
