how can i fix my shower?

bought a new redring expressions 5005 a couple off months ago. just got it wired and plumbed but it will not switch on. power definitely going to shower.what could the problem be

how have you checked that there is power going to the shower ?did you use a test meter?and not one of those useless neon screw drivers,first,check all the connections at the consumer unit,next all connections at the switch,next all connections at the shower, and if you are getting 240 volts then you have a faulty shower,
