91 honda crx 5speed manual?

Intermittendly, Will just completly loose all power while driving all gauges drop to 0. Then in a split second it will fire right back up and everything is normal as i think it jump started itself. it all happens flawlessly except for a momenteraly deceleration as if you were to let off the gas then step on it again. it happens very random no patterns to when or why linked to the cause, hot ,cold,cornering,speed,bumps,accesories on or off. It will sometimes happen when i'm stopped and i turn the key off and then turn it back on and it fires right up. Stock engine no prior overhauls or electrical work other than regular maintence. 170,000 miles
