Mend dyson dc07 Dyson Going Round

dyson dc07 dosnt pick up when using it to do carpets. everything else seems?

dyson dc07 doesnt pick up when doing carpets. beater bar going round. no blockages.it doesnt seem to be low enough on floor !!.
