xtrons d714 blue tooth "no link"?

does any one know how to set up the bluetooth on a xtrons d714... bluetooth icon flshing but when searching keeps coming up "no link"? even tried different phones with bluetooth! no success, can anyone help?

It should be able to be picked up with your mobile bluetooth and once that happens then enter link code 0000
