how to cleal message GE Spacemaker XL Microwave Oven TF906502B?

We have a GE Spacemaker XL Microwave Oven Model TF906502B. We are getting a message display that says enter code here. We are unable to find out how to clear the code or what the code is and how to enter the code. Can anyone help solve this issue. The manual does not show this code. I have been unable to get answers form GE Appliance Center.
