Mend Beko DWD4310 Top Half Water

Dwd4310?

I have a beko dishwasher that is not getting top rack clean. More often than not half of the mugs come out with sediment in them. The water bar is clear and I put a cleaner through not that long ago. Bottom rack is fine. Any ideas !
