they fit on top of spring in strut top, you can buy them at a good auto factors. you have to remove strut to fit them. clamp the spring to release pressure ,remove strut top knock out ballrace .replace with new one and put back together.

probably the top strut bearing,you can get these from motor factors which can save you a bit of cash
