how can i unlock my car radio?

It probably says "10" not "0", you just haven't seen the "1" or the radio's display is partially broken.

"LOCKED10" means that 10 invalid attempts to enter the code have been made.

You can get 3 additional attempts to enter the code. Please note that this procedure is intended for Ford dealers. If you use these 3 attempts up, you will not be able to unlock the radio again. Your dealer most likely will not be able to unlock the radio when it says "LOCKED13". Therefore be careful when entering the code.

To get the 3 additional attempts:

1. Turn the radio OFF.

2. Press and hold the '6' button. Do not release it.

3. Turn the radio ON. Continue to hold the '6' button until you see "CODE".

Please ensure that you know how to enter the code properly:

Code Entry as Follows:
Switch Radio On - Display Shows
CODE with " - - - - " flashing
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press preset " 5 " to Enter

If your attempt fails, do not try again. Ensure that you have the correct code. To discover the correct code, the radio's serial number is required. If it begins from the 'M' letter, I can give you the code. If it begins from the 'V' button, only a Ford dealer can give you the code.
