Mend Gravely 152 Power Turn Key

why no power ?

I have a gravely 152 zero turn and am not getting any power from the key switch to small solenoid port. I have verified key switch,seat switch, and parking brake switches are all good. All three relays check out and ground cable cleaned and tightened. I am at a total loss as to what,s going on. I am showing 12.6 volts at the battery post on solenoid and battery is strong. PLEASE HELP. Thanks
