Simple one is brick or wood block under each leg.(if wood block, need to put an indent in the top of the block to stop the bed sliding off, when you turn over, or other.) Depends on type of frame otherwise, Wooden frame legs etc, could make an extension piece for each leg. Metal pin set in the middle, connecting to the extension section. (they use similar for wood frame bunk beds, hole in the top of lower, hole in bottom of the top one, metal pin/bar holds them together) Metal frame, get some tube same size as bed legs, and some tube to fit over that section. cut section for height, slide outer tube over join, drill hole through above and below join, and secure. self tapping screws or similar, on the inside, will not show. Post again if needing any more suggestions, but give type of bed frame, and how much you want to increase height by.
