Mend Sony RDR-HXD860

I cannot get our of Teletext in my Sony RDR HXD860?

I have stumbled into Teletext having never used it before on this HD/DVD machine and cannot get back to programmed regular channels despite trying all the relevant button on the remote including the 'TEXT' button and the one withe in icon displaying horizontal lines. Help please?
