Mend Canon FC220 Fault Started Full

A Fault Canon FC220 Copier ?

My Canon FC220 copier has started to produce two black stripes the full length of A4 paper, even when I run it with nothing to Copy and print, I have cleaned it out and installed a new cartridge but is still happening. Can anybody help please?
