heat exchanger?

hi i got very low hot water pressure i been advised to clean the heat exchanger on my ariston combie is it easy enough to take of and what should i clean it with plumber struggling thanks for your help

It's hot water heat exchanger you need to clean ,back of pump you have to drain system out ,shut cold water supply to boiler ,turn of electric supply to boiler,take out with LN key ,clean with sprit of salt
