how can I get 3 electric 80 gallon tanks keep hot water in salon?

Firstly ascertain all tanks getting hot,when you run out of hot water are all tanks cold? You could try turning up temperature of tanks so you use less hot to cold ratio

I assume that the tanks are working, just not enough capacity. I would of thought that a gas instant water heater would of been better, as in a combi boiler, that way never run out of water, plus probably cheaper than electric. Plenty available, for just hot water.
